We assure you that all products sold on Deal2Delivery are of the finest quality. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, it will be replaced with our “No questions asked return and refund policy”.
1.Out of stock:
If any product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for those items.
Customers can cancel the order any time before the cut-off time of the selected delivery slot. If the payment has already been made online, refund will be made to the mode of payment done for the order – Cards, Coupons, Wallets or Net Banking.
Customers can get the product replaced or get the amount credited to your Deal2Delivery account. You can intimate the return of non-perishable items within 48 hours of delivery. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund the amount and will process the refund after receipt of the product. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
4.Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within the above mentioned timeline.
- Products/Items should be Unused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- In all circumstances, proof of purchase must be retained and provided when you apply for replacements or refunds.
